Two-Ingredient Maple Glazed Pecans

maple syrup trees

When you're walking through the snow, warming up cold hands or picking up the kids in freezing rain, it's good to have a sweet snack to keep things merry and bright. Like this one, a family favorite and so simple to put together.

Maple glazed pecans need only two ingredients and very little time. You can place them in the oven for 20 minutes at 375ª, but this recipe is a stove top, sweet treat.

We love working with local family farms, and it just so happens our neighbors at Coombs Family Farms make some of the best maple syrup in the world. Find them at coombsfamilyfarms.com or on Amazon!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup raw whole pecans

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the chopped pecans and 1 tablespoon. maple syrup.

  3. Stir the pecans pretty constantly for 4-6 minutes until the maple syrup crystallizes and coats the pecans in a sugary coating.

  4. Remove from heat.

  5. Let cool and enjoy!

These little morsels pair perfectly with our Pancake and Waffles, on top of some double dark brownies or mixed into chocolate chip cookies!

With love,
