Ingredients

Directions

  1. In one bowl, mix wet and dry ingredients together
  2. Add 2-3 additional tablespoons of milk or water to create desired thickness
  3. Let sit for 8-10 minutes
  4. While batter is rising, heat waffle iron to medium heat
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle or pan
  6. Let cook about 4-5 minutes
  7. Refrigerate batter after 20 minutes to prevent fermentation
  8. Stack and top with coconut oil, chocolate ganache (recipe, here), maple syrup, strawberries, banana, nut or seed butter!
