DATES:
The last day to sign up is Feb 8th!
The last day to order your sourdough starter kit is Feb 10th!
Session 1 will consist of 3 classes: Feb 16th, 18th & 20th
Session 2 will be March 2, 4th & 6th
Tuesday/Thursday class is between 5:30-6:30 or 6:30-7:30 pstSaturday classes are 10-11am or 4-5pm.
Classes are recorded in case you are unavailable.
After the tutorials we will have group “check-in” sessions where you can ask questions, show us how your starter is doing, you can mix up your bread right there for us all to see and brag about your finished product!
Most importantly, this will be an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn from the group!
To get started:

- Order a sourdough starter kit (under baking basics tab on website)
- Buy or assemble your equipment like loaf pans, dutch ovens, bread thermometer, etc. (I will send you the link with detail about equipment after you sign up!)
