Since you make the best, gourmet pies in town–please don't put those amazing topping on anything less than a Snacktivist Brand pizza crust!
Our pizza crust is very easy to make and requires no kneading or rolling. It can be made via three methods:
1.) Mix batter and pour directly onto parchment paper into desired size. Rise time is approximately 20-30 minutes depending on temperature. Then par-bake crusts for later use for 8-12 minutes.
2.) Mix batter and let proof in bowl. Can be stored in refrigerator to be freshly, made per order. We recommend placing the appropriate amount of batter into small plastic bags and when the pizza is ordered, the corner of the bag is cut and the batter is squeezed onto the parchment and into the oven for parbaking.
3.) Thick, pan pizza: Mix batter and let proof in bowl 20 minutes. Heat cast iron pan of desired size in oven for 5 minutes. Liberally oil pan and pour batter into pan, spreading to the edges. Bake in pan for 8-10 minutes, remove from oven. Place toppings on crust and bake until brown. Snacktivist fan favorite!!
