GF | V | 12 oz - This delicate muffin is a powerhouse of nutrition. It is made from gluten-free ancient grains and seeds (chia, flax, millet, oat, and sorghum) and decadent ground almonds. These muffins are filling, nutritious and naturally sweet. We add unrefined coconut sugar and just a pinch of unrefined, organic cane sugar. You add fresh, ripe banana and additional honey, maple syrup or agave to achieve the perfect sweetness.
Add fresh berries, shredded carrot or chocolate chips depending on your mood. Unlike most gluten-free muffins, this product does not contain any rice flours. They are gluten-free, egg-free and dairy-free.
Mix requires 2 ripe bananas and 1/4 cups of your preferred oil (optional). If you don't care for banana, you can substitute pumpkin or other fruit purees.
The recipe calls for the addition of 1/4 cup agave, honey or maple syrup also but this can be omitted if you prefer a minimally sweet product. In less than 30 minutes, your house will smell like your favorite bakery!
