GF | V | 80oz - This is a light gluten-free flour blend designed to be used in place of white flour. It weighs the same as white wheat flour so can be used cup for cup. It utilizes our amazing wholegrain blend of ancient grains but has a higher percentage of brown, white, and sweet rice flours than our other products, giving it a lighter color and flavor.
This all-purpose flour is 60% whole grain. It has a light flavor, similar to white flour but you can smile knowing that you are enjoying a wholegrain product. Score!

Our goal was to make lovely wholegrain products with awesome texture and flavor that stay moist even without egg! However, this wonderful flour blend works great when you use eggs or dairy as well!
Use cup for cup substitute with regular flour. Make cookies, muffins, cakes, waffles, pancakes, coffee cakes, pie crusts, and roux for gravies and sauces!
