- This mix is designed to be egg and dairy free using the amazing ingredient "aquafaba" in place of egg. Aquafaba is the water that is poured from a can of garbanzo beans (or any white bean). - Aquafaba is such a great egg substitute and you get to "upcycle" your food wastes into something delicious. We use garbanzo beans most of the time, it produces a great thick "aquafaba" (French for bean water).
