Flour blend (Idaho grown Teff, Brown Rice, Millet and Sweet Rice Flour), Starch blend (Tapioca, Potato), Evaporated Cane Sugar (organic), baking powder, xylitol, sea salt, baking soda, yeast.

Rich Cocoa waffles
- Add 3 Tablespoons of each dutch cocoa and hazelnut meal to 1/2 bag of pancake mix.
- Follow desired directions adding 2-3 additional Tablespoons of milk or water to create desired batter thickness.
- Cook as directed on waffle iron directions.
- Enjoy with a chocolate ganache drizzle and fresh strawberries.
